PT. ATRI DISTRIBUSINDO has undertaken a digital transformation initiative to enhance their warehouse operations using SCMProFit. The company went live with the platform in July 2023.
With the complete digitization of warehouse process execution, the company is aiming to improve operational efficiency with reduced data entry, inventory accuracy, generate timely invoice to customer, and better management of SKUs.

ATRI DISTRIBUSINDO faced challenges in managing expiry dates of items, difficulty in identifying several owners of SKUs in the same warehouse, inventory mismatch and multiple cycle count, incorrect stock visibility at different DCs, and manual labelling process.
